Over the last decade, Steve has written hundreds of articles about SQL Server for SQLServerCentral.com, SQL Server Standard magazine, SQL Server Magazine, and Database Journal.
Technical Lead at Redgate
Julia is the Technical Lead for SQL Toolbelt and has been part of Redgate for 2.5 years as part of the SQL Monitor team. Prior to that she’s had a very varied career as a developer with .NET and SQL Server spanning fields as diverse as social media analysis, economics, and online mapping – with the common themes of extracting actionable and often unexpected insights from large datasets, and being a heavy user of Redgate’s tools. She also supports a number of voluntary bodies and charities with their software needs and in what spare time remains can usually be found behind a backgammon, chess or Go board.
Product Support Manager at Redgate
Pete has over 15 years’ experience in putting the customer first, and before joining Redgate last year worked in the retail industry, where he lead customer service teams. He is passionate about helping users help themselves, and believes that providing excellent support is key to a company’s success. Pete enjoys outdoor sports, video games, and collecting/building mechanical keyboards.

Product Manager at Redgate
Richard is a Product Manager at Redgate, having previously spent almost 20 years in IT management, database administration and development for Insurance and Financial Services firms in London, back-filling other roles along the way. He spends his days digging into what makes applications grind to a halt, as well as what it takes to build and operate something fast & scalable.
