Simon Galbraith

Redgate co-founder and non-executive director

Simon is the co-founder of Redgate Software and a non-executive director on the Redgate board, having spent 22 years as the company’s CEO. Simon led Redgate as it bootstrapped from a two-person firm run out of a spare room to the 500+ person, international, leading company in the Database DevOps space it is today. As well as continuing to oversee the development and growth of Redgate, Simon has since been instrumental in the foundation and growth of other successful software companies, including Gearset, Octopus Deploy, Syskit and 3T. He is also an engaged investor in a number of AI and biotech startups.

Jakub Lamik

CEO & Executive Director

An Executive Director of the board, Jakub is also the CEO of Redgate, responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company and leading strong and engaged teams to accelerate growth. Prior to his appointment in October 2021, Jakub was Redgate’s Chief Product Officer and Board Member, responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for nearly three years. This followed senior management positions in numerous technology companies including over eight years at ARM where he became Vice President of Product, looking after the company’s portfolio of key software and hardware products and solutions.

Adam Fuller

Non-executive director

Adam Fuller is a Partner and Co-founder at Bregal Sagemount and sits on the firm’s investment committee. He has over 20 years of experience investing in and advising bootstrapped technology companies that are profitable and growing and enjoys partnering with management teams to help support accelerated growth strategies. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Adam was a member of the growth equity team at Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Merchant Banking Division.

As non-executive director of Redgate's board, Adam will help the team accelerate growth through product innovation, commercial focus, and strategic expansion.

David Greenbaum

Non-executive director

David Greenbaum is a Principal at Sagemount, where he is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, data & information services, technology-enabled services, business services, and healthcare ecosystems across a variety of vertical markets. He has over 14 years of experience investing in and advising growth-stage, technology-enabled companies and enjoys partnering with founders and management teams to support accelerated growth strategies.

In his role as a Redgate board member, David is thrilled to support Redgate’s vision of becoming the trusted database operations platform, at a time when data infrastructure has never been more critical to enterprise performance.

Zachary Month

Non-executive director

Zachary Month is a Vice President at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare, financial technology, business services, and consumer services sectors. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, he was an investment banking analyst in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse.

In his role as a Redgate board member, Zachary is delighted to support the Redgate team as they define the next era of database DevOps globally, by solving the tension between speed and governance that defines the modern data challenge.

Frank Roe

Executive Chairman

Frank Roe is a seasoned software executive who partners with CEOs to accelerate growth, strengthen operational performance, and drive long-term value creation. Frank brings more than 30 years of experience leading global technology businesses through periods of rapid growth, operational transformation, and strategic acquisitions.

Prior to his advisory roles, Frank served as Chief Executive Officer of SmartBear, where he led the company through significant expansion, growing revenue, improving profitability, broadening its product portfolio, and completing numerous strategic acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled high-performing leadership teams, transformed go-to-market organizations, and advised founders, CEOs, and private equity investors on strategies to accelerate growth and create shareholder value.

In his role as Redgate's board chair, Frank will partner with the leadership team to evolve Redgate’s portfolio and strategy, support the company's ambitious growth plans.
