William was born in the UK and moved to Germany in 2002. He has worked with SQL Server since 2005 as a DBA, Developer and Data Architect. In 2017 he founded <a href="https://datamasterminds.io">Data Masterminds</a>, a SQL Server consulting and managed service company. <p>When not working on SQL Server, William speaks at conferences around the world and is the founder of the world famous <a href="https://datagrillen.com/">DataGrillen</a> event.
