Perceived Risks, Risks Encountered & Mitigation Actions

Perceived Risks

As a software database company, our suppliers mainly consist of those who support our daily operations, such as facility management, business services, and IT services. We perceive the risk of modern slavery within our supply chain to be low.

However, we do acknowledge one potential risk associated with imported event swag. We mitigate this risk by using preferred suppliers who we trust and consider these to be ethical companies.

Risks Encountered

Redgate did not receive any reports of instances of modern slavery or human trafficking in the financial year ending 31 December 2024.

Mitigation Actions

We have implemented:

  • A Supplier Code of Conduct that mandates adherence to anti-slavery practices.
  • Regular due diligence is undertaken during our Supplier Management Process.
  • Redgate is continuously improving our processes, policies and training program.

When this statement is published on our website, this will also be published internally to remind our employees that they also have a part to play, and we expect all employees to inform legal@red-gate.com or use our anonymous Whistleblowing platform if they suspect Modern Slavery at Redgate or any of its Suppliers.

All communications will be handled in confidence.

Effectiveness

Redgate's compliance manager will update our policies if any legal or regulatory changes come into effect. If there are no changes, we will review our policies at least annually to ensure they remain effective.

Redgate's Board have overall responsibility for ensuring that Red Gate Software Limited, its subsidiaries and all people working for Redgate comply with our legal and ethical obligations.

This statement has been published on behalf of Red Gate Software Limited and its subsidiaries.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been approved by Red Gate Software Limited's Board of Directors on the 30th April 2025.
