Jakub Lamik

Chief Executive Officer

Appointed in October 2021, Jakub is the CEO of Redgate, responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company and leading strong and engaged teams to accelerate growth.

Prior to this, Jakub was Redgate’s Chief Product Officer and Board Member, responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for nearly three years. This followed senior management positions in numerous technology companies including over eight years at ARM where he became Vice President of Product, looking after the company’s portfolio of key software and hardware products and solutions.

Jakub is also an Executive Director of Redgate’s Board of Directors.

Kate Duggan

Chief Marketing Officer

A senior business leader with experience building, growing, and transforming commercial teams in the B2B technology sector, Kate is skilled in strategy development and people management, and passionate about aligning sales and marketing to unlock revenue growth. Kate brings over 20 years’ experience in marketing, sales and business development from a range of technology industries and different geographies.

As Redgate CMO, Kate leads a team of 70 global marketers across UK, Germany, US, Canada, and Australia.

Cassi Roper

Chief Revenue Officer

A senior, hands-on commercial leader, Cassi has a proven track record in hiring, training, and developing sales professionals, and consistently exceeding sales targets. As CRO of Redgate, Cassi is responsible for developing strategies and identifying market opportunities to drive revenue growth, while leading a team of 200+ sales professionals.

Cassi is known for her passion, systematic approach to building teams and sales cultures, allied with a deep knowledge and understanding of technology. She undertakes regular speaking engagements to share insights on leading high-performing sales teams.

Steve Mitchell

Chief Financial Officer

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and commercial roles, Steve is the CFO of Redgate. He brings a wide breadth of knowledge to the role, having worked in senior leadership and corporate positions in a number of major IT and telecommunications companies including Eir Ireland, EE and T-Mobile.

Accustomed to working with stakeholders at every level, he has a deep understanding of strategy and planning, investor relations, mergers and restructuring. Steve is also an Executive Director of Redgate’s Board of Directors.

Linda Holland

Head of People Team

Linda leads the People Team at Redgate, where she is responsible for talent acquisition, people operations, business partnering and business support globally. A CIPD Chartered Fellow Human Resources professional, Linda is passionate about creating a supportive, cohesive and inclusive environment for diverse, talented people which lives and breathes Redgate’s values and enables Redgaters to thrive and grow.

With experience garnered from a multiple businesses of all sizes across a range of industries including aviation, manufacturing and engineering, Linda has been instrumental in growing the company from a UK-only business of 110 people to the international organization with offices in five countries that it is today.

David Gummer

Chief Product Officer

As CPO, David leads product development at Redgate to drive innovation, improve customer outcomes, and accelerate business growth. An entrepreneurial leader with more than 25 years of cross-functional experience in the technology sector, David has worked in a variety of global and business unit executive leadership positions and has extensive product management experience. Along with a track record of driving rapid growth in new and existing markets, he has proven capabilities in creating, building and developing talented teams.

Graham McMillan

Chief Technology Officer

An experienced engineering leader accustomed to operating in large, enterprise-ready environments, Graham brings a strong team-first, collaborative approach to his role of CTO at Redgate. With experience working internationally at a senior level in a range of global organizations including IBM, Sun Microsystems, BEA, Oracle and Elsevier, Graham collaborates across functions while managing diverse engineering teams.
