ROI figures are calculated from user-defined inputs (team size, working days per year, schema deployments per year, and company size) combined with fixed constants derived from industry benchmarks and internal modelling.

Time savings are calculated across two stages. At the write stage, per-developer daily savings from autocomplete (0.5 hrs) and snippets (0.35 hrs) are multiplied by team size, working days, and a blended developer cost of $60/hr, then reduced by a 12% overlap discount to avoid double-counting productivity gains that may stem from the same underlying workflow. At the deploy stage, a 3.5-hour saving per deployment is applied across all schema deployments in the year.

Risk avoidance is estimated by calculating the baseline cost exposure of deployment failures — deployments per year multiplied by the Change Failure Rate (CFR), a 4-hour Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR), and an hourly downtime cost that scales with company size (SMB: $50K; Mid-market: $150K; Enterprise: $300K). TBE is assumed to reduce this failure rate, conditional of company size (SMB reduction rate is 30%, Mid-market reduction rate is 25% and Enterprise reduction rate is 20%). The resulting avoided risk is then attributed across pipeline stages using fixed weights: Planning 25%, Auditing 40%, Deployment 35%.

Total annual ROI is the sum of time savings and risk avoided. All figures are annualised and presented in USD. Results are indicative estimates based on the inputs provided and should not be taken as a guarantee of actual savings.
