Your licenses can be found by logging in to your account.
These Product Specific Terms set out the additional license restrictions for the applicable Subscription Software, and form part of and are incorporated into Your Redgate Master Subscription EULA.
1.1 The following definitions shall apply:
"Bundle" means a set of more than one of Our Subscription Software products that are supplied together for a single price;
"Client Component" means, any component of the Per Server Subscription Software directed to or otherwise provided for accessing the Server;
"Flyway Teams Pipeline" means any and all of the database environments that form part of an automated database change delivery process using Flyway Teams;
"Monitor Installation" means the association of a web service, one or more base monitors and one or more monitor repository databases;
"Per Capacity Software" means each Subscription Software listed on Our website https://www.red-gate.com/support/license/software-editions#subscription, as licensed on a “Per Capacity” basis;
"Per Schema Software" means each Subscription Software listed on Our website https://www.red-gate.com/support/license/software-editions#subscription, as licensed on a “Per Schema” basis;
"Per Server Software" means each Subscription Software listed on Our website https://www.red-gate.com/support/license/software-editions#subscription, as licensed on a “Per Server” basis;
"Per User Software" means each Subscription Software listed on Our website https://www.red-gate.com/support/license/software-editions#subscription, as licensed on a “Per User” basis;
"Redgate Pipeline" means any and all of the database environments that form part of an automated database change delivery process using Our software, other than Flyway Teams or Flyway Community;
"Schema" means the container for database objects commonly referred to as "schema";
"Server" means all or part of an operating system instance, or all or part of virtual (or other emulated) operating system instance which enables separate machine identity (primary computer name or similar unique identifier) or separate administrative rights, and instances of applications, if any, configured to run on the operating system. There are two types of Server, physical and virtual. A physical hardware system can have one physical Server and/or one more virtual Servers;
"Server Component" means, any component of the Per Server Software directed to or otherwise provided for installation on the Server;
"Tier" means a pricing tier as defined on Our website, at: http://www.red-gate.com/support/license/capacity-model for the Subscription Software; and
"True Up" means an annual reconciliation of the additional fees due based on Your usage of the Per Capacity Software and/or Per Schema Software as applicable, in the prior 12 month period.
2.1 You shall take full responsibility for ensuring that You have the appropriate IT infrastructure and applicable capacity to run the Subscription Software on an environment owned or controlled by You. Where any Subscription Software is Per Capacity Software, Per Schema Software, Per Server Software or Per User Software, Your license rights in clause 1 of Your Redgate Master Subscription EULA shall be subject to the following additional provisions or restrictions as applicable:
3.1 Where the Subscription Software is a Bundle, a complete set of the products being licensed as part of that Bundle is listed on Our website at https://www.red-gate.com/support/license/software-editions#subscription. Each product within the Bundle is subject to their respective Product Specific Terms.
3.2 For any Bundle that is licensed on a Per User basis, and which contains products on a Per Capacity or Per Schema basis, You will be required to True Up as set out in the Per Capacity or Per Schema provisions above for such products.
Where the Subscription Software is one of the products listed in the paragraphs below, the relevant additional terms shall apply and form part of Your Redgate Master Subscription EULA.
4.1 SQL Data Catalog is licensed on a Per Server basis.
4.2 Where you are using SQL Data Catalog in a cloud environment:
4.2.1 if You are using SQL Data Catalog with an Azure Database (PaaS) environment, You are entitled to deploy either 1 managed instance or up to 5 single Azure SQL Databases for each Per Server Software entitlement; or
4.2.2 if You are using SQL Data Catalog with the Amazon Relational Database Services (RDS), You are entitled to deploy 1 relational database for each Per Server Software entitlement.
5.1 Flyway Teams is licensed on a Per User basis unless licensed before 1st September 2022 on a Per Schema basis.
5.2 The number of Schemas that You are entitled to use in connection with Your Flyway Teams license is specified in Your Redgate quote, where You have a Flyway Teams Per User license if Your Redgate quote does not specify the number of Schemas You are entitled to use a maximum of 100 database Schemas.
5.3 The rights granted under clause 1 of Your Redgate Master Subscription EULA to use the Subscription Software may be exercised in any hardware and software environment of Yours, for all currently known types of use (subject to any restrictions within Your Redgate Master Subscription EULA).
5.4 Flyway Teams Per User licenses only. Each user that is contributing or inputting database changes to a Flyway Teams Pipeline must have a Flyway Teams Per User license.
5.5 The Devart dotConnect Provider driver has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Devart.
6.1 Redgate Deploy is licensed on a Per User basis.
6.2 Flyway entitlement: A Redgate Deploy license entitles You to use Flyway for an unlimited number of database Schemas, for exclusive use in Redgate Pipelines.
6.3 SQL Clone entitlement: The Redgate Deploy license provides use of SQL Clone, without limit on capacity, for exclusive use in Redgate Pipelines.
6.4 Each user that is contributing or inputting database changes to a Redgate Pipeline must have a license for Redgate Deploy.
6.5 The Devart dotConnect Provider driver has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Devart.
7.1 Where You are using SQL Monitor on Servers owned, leased and/or controlled by You, You are entitled to monitor a single Server for each Per Server Software entitlement.
7.2 Where You are using SQL Monitor in a cloud environment;
7.2.1 if You are using SQL Monitor with an Azure Database (PaaS) environment, You are entitled to monitor either 1 managed instance or up to 5 single Azure SQL Databases for each Per Server Software entitlement; or
7.2.2 if You are using SQL Monitor with the Amazon Relational Database Services (RDS), You are entitled to monitor 1 relational database for each Per Server Software entitlement.
7.3 Where You are using SQL Monitor to monitor a clustered environment, You will need an entitlement to monitor every Server in the cluster.
7.4 Redgate Monitor is available in two editions, SQL Monitor and Redgate Monitor Enterprise. You are only permitted to use the same Redgate Monitor edition for each Monitor Installation.
8.1 SQL Prompt (only when included in the SQL Toolbelt Essentials Bundle) offers You the opportunity to use certain features that are made available by Us in Our cloud hosted environment. You may choose not to use these features, but where You do, the additional terms in Schedule 2 of Your Redgate Master Subscription EULA shall apply solely to Your use of such features. We reserve the right to remove these features on written notice by Us at any time to come into effect at the end of the then current Initial Subscription Period or Renewal Period (as the case may be).
8.2 The Actipro Software redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You Actipro Software, LLC.
9.1 These products are not permitted to be used to process database changes for or within a Redgate Pipeline, unless the user has a license for Flyway Enterprise, Redgate Deploy or SQL Toolbelt.
9.2 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
10.1 SQL Backup Professional are licensed on a Per Server basis.
10.2 Where You are using either SQL Backup Professional in a clustered environment, You will need an entitlement to backup every Server in the cluster.
10.3 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
11.1 We will provide a Server for storage of up to 1000 of Your error reports.
11.2 We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that such Server remains available. However, We do not provide any special facilities such as fault tolerance and so cannot guarantee that the storage on the Server will be uninterrupted or that reports will not be lost.
12.1 The Devart dotConnect Provider driver has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Devart.
12.2 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
13.1 These products are not permitted to be used to process database changes for or within a Redgate Pipeline, unless the user has a license for Flyway Enterprise, Redgate Deploy or SQL Toolbelt.
13.2 The Devart dotConnect Provider driver has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Devart.
13.3 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
14.1 The Devart dotConnect Provider driver has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Devart.
15.1 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
15.2 The GrapeCity ComponentOne Software redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and GrapeCity, Inc.
15.3 The Actipro Software redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Actipro Software, LLC.
15.4 The yWorks yFiles.NET software redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and yWorks GmbH.
16.1 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
17.1 Flyway Enterprise is licensed on a Per User basis.
17.2 Flyway entitlement: A Flyway Enterprise license entitles You to use Flyway against an unlimited number of Schemas.
17.3 Flyway Enterprise Clone add-on (where licensed before 16th November 2023): The Clone add-on entitles You to use the Flyway Enterprise Clone add-on for a limited amount of data as specified on Your Redgate invoice. You must ensure that You have the necessary licenses required for the use of any third party software prior to running Clone within Flyway Enterprise on any Servers or any cloud environment used by You.
17.4 Each user that is contributing or inputting database changes to a Redgate Pipeline must have a license for Flyway Enterprise.
17.5 The Devart dotConnect Provider driver has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Devart.
18.1 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
18.2 The Actipro Software redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Actipro Software, LLC.
19.1 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
19.2 The yWorks yFiles.NET software redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and yWorks GmbH.
19.3 The Aspose.Words software has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Aspose Pty Ltd.
20.1 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
20.2 The Aspose.Words software has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Aspose Pty Ltd.
21.1 The Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server has been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and Microsoft Corporation.
21.2 You must ensure that You have the necessary licenses required for the use of any third party software prior to running Redgate Clone on any Servers or any cloud environment used by You.
22.1 One of our key features of Test Data Manager is our classification tool which allows You to locate any Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") within Your database. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that Our classification feature can be used by a wide variety of users, however depending on the structure and complexity of Your database We are unable to warrant that the classification feature may locate all Your required PII data. For the avoidance of doubt, We are unable to access or view Your database whist using Our Test Data Manager product.
22.2 You must ensure that You have the necessary licenses required for the use of any third party software prior to running the cloning capability within Test Data Manager on any Servers or any cloud environment used by You.
23.1 The DevExpress redistributables have been licensed by Redgate for use solely in connection with its products. No right is granted under the Redgate Master Subscription EULA for You to use this with any other product or application, any such use will need to be subject to a separate license agreement between You and DevExpress.
