We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Office (PMO) within the IT organisation — someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and collaboration to complex projects.
This is an exciting time to join. Over the next year, our IT organisation will play a central role in delivering several of Redgate’s most important strategic programmes, helping teams across the business gain new capabilities, tools, and insights.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation — shaping, planning, and delivering projects that make a tangible impact on how Redgate works. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, guiding cross-functional Agile teams to success while continuously improving how we deliver projects.
What you’ll do
Lead and manage a variety of strategic and operational projects — from system implementations to process transformation and business change initiatives.
Work closely with business and technical teams to define clear goals, scope, and success measures.
Champion Agile ways of working, fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery focus.
Keep everyone aligned — managing risks, issues, dependencies, and communication with transparency and confidence.
Influence how Redgate approaches project delivery, contributing ideas and improvements to our PMO’s evolution.
What makes you the ideal Redgate Project Manager
You’re an experienced and adaptable project manager with practical experience delivering a mix of technology, process, and business change projects.
Strong in project definition, planning, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement — and confident leading delivery end-to-end.
You understand the importance of delivering real value to end users, not just following process.
You bring proven change management skills, helping teams and stakeholders navigate transformation with clear communication, empathy, and structure.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams that include engineers, business analysts, product managers, and commercial stakeholders.
Skilled at communicating clearly and confidently across all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrable leadership — you bring people together, build trust, and inspire confidence.
Experience in vendor and contract management with third-party suppliers.
Knowledgeable in Agile or Lean methodologies, with a relevant qualification (AgilePM, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) being a plus.
Above all, you’re proactive, organised, and calm under pressure, with a “get things done” mindset and genuine enthusiasm for delivering results.
What’s in it for you
Competitive salary £45,000 – £60,000, depending on experience.
Flexible working hours and hybrid options to suit your lifestyle.
A great benefits package, including generous leave, private healthcare, and pension.
A strong commitment to your learning and career development through training, mentoring, and opportunities to lead new initiatives.
The chance to make a visible impact on strategic projects that shape Redgate’s future.
Why join us?
At Redgate, we believe supporting and empowering our people is key to our success. We create an environment where you can thrive in your career and enjoy every moment of your journey with us.
Benefits include competitive salary, comprehensive health coverage, monthly wellbeing allowance, flexible working arrangements, generous paid time off, employee assistance program, community and social events. Find out more on our benefits page, or see what our employees said on our Flexa page!
Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. This means that people will work flexibly with a blend of remote (home) and co-located (office) work, with teams having the flexibility to decide which location best suits the outcomes they need to deliver.

Achieving work-life balance has never been more important and so Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. This means that people will work flexibly with a blend of remote (home) and co-located (office) work, with teams having the flexibility to decide the cadence that best suits the outcomes they need to deliver.
Where you work and how frequently you attend the office will depend on the nature of your role, make-up of the team and the type of work that you need to do. A weekly visit to the office is likely for most people to support our collaborative culture, as well as other ad-hoc collaborative activities as required by the business. So, if you are able to travel to & from the office safely in a day, that works well for us.

Tell us about yourself, your skills and experience, and talk about why you’d like to work at Redgate.
Include a CV, or a link to your LinkedIn page, and if you'd like to show some of your work, attach your portfolio or point us to Stack Overflow or GitHub.

We’ll acknowledge your application straight away, review it and keep you updated on your progress. We might also email an assessment to complete, or invite you for a brief telephone interview. If we don’t think you’re suitable we’ll tell you why. We won’t let you down, we’ll try and help you.
Our assessments focus on how well you’re able to do the job – we won’t ask you to solve arbitrary logic puzzles.

You’ll be talking to different people, you may well meet people you’ll be working with, and we’ll allow time for you to ask questions. We don’t have a dress code at Redgate, by the way, so dress in whatever makes you comfortable.
We want you to be relaxed and at your best in our interviews. If there's anything you'd especially like us to ask you about, or any parts of the interview you dread, let us know.

If we think you’d be great at Redgate, we’ll make an offer and iron out any details like relocation issues.
If we don’t think you’ll fit in right away, we’ll tell you why. Some people have taken our advice and come back a year later and got a job.
