The opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us, focusing on Redgate’s database monitoring solution area.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving and delivering go-to-market strategies for a strategic solution pillar within Redgate’s portfolio of solutions. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to bring new capabilities to market, shape how we position our solutions, and create the materials and insights to help our teams succeed and influence the future roadmaps. You’ll collaborate to develop, drive and execute effective marketing programs that power increased solutions adoption and business growth.

Location: We work in a flexible-hybrid model, combining remote work with time together at our Cambridge office, depending on what best supports collaboration and delivery.

Work schedule: You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time. We could consider part-time hours over a 5-day working week, please share what you’re seeking with us

Your work at Redgate Software

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new capabilities or new products, defining strategy, audience, key messages, and success metrics.

  • Turn insight into action by conducting market and competitive research, analyzing customer feedback, and sharing trends and recommendations across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Shape our messaging and positioning to clearly communicate the value of our solutions and what makes them stand out in the market.

  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including narratives, collateral, training, and briefings that equip sales teams to win.

  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing functions to ensure launches and campaigns align to our wider product and go-to-market strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Contribute to product & marketing strategy by sharing insight into buyer needs, market shifts, and emerging opportunities.

What experience are we seeking?

  • Proven experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles within a B2B technology company or equivalent.

  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator comfortable to manage stakeholder expectations and work with teams across the organization to align priorities and drive execution.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to guide decisions.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

  • Experience setting and reporting against metrics as part of a go-to-market strategy to measure and optimize impact.

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

  • Experience with tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, Crayon, Marketo, or similar systems is a plus but not essential.

Salary:

  • Base: circa £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
