Why this role exists
Growing our existing accounts is one of Redgate Marketing’s three key priorities for 2027. As our ABM Manager, you’ll partner with Sales to find whitespace within our top enterprise accounts and turn it into pipeline and revenue.
About Redgate
Redgate brings together people who want to do their best work in an environment built on trust, accountability, and collaboration.
We build solutions that help data professionals securely manage the data and databases that their organizations depend on, a space that’s only becoming more critical as systems scale, data regulations increase, and AI adoption accelerates.
AI at Redgate
By 2028, Redgate will operate as an expert-plus-agent company: domain experts amplified by AI, delivering customer value at a pace our peers can’t match.
AI handles the heavy lifting. Our people control the judgement. Everyone at Redgate works with Claude, giving you access to the best AI tools from day one.
Why join our Marketing team?
You’ll work in a team that cares about craft, collaboration, and quality.
There’s real scope to grow your skills and impact, with clear pathways and support.
We value sustainable delivery, with good ways of working and time to improve how we work.
About the role
You’ll join our ABM team to focus on growing our top existing accounts. Working with a 1:1 motion, you’ll identify cross-sell paths, map buying groups, and build the relationships that drive expansion. You’ll also help shape how we use AI to prioritise accounts, spot buying signals, and scale our 1:few approach.
Own 1:1 ABM programmes for Tier A and B accounts, focused on activating whitespace and driving expansion, and run 1:few programmes for groups of accounts with shared needs, buying signals, or roles.
Partner with Sales on account plans for priority accounts, map buying groups, and equip champions with the content, proof points, and business cases they need to advocate for Redgate.
Plan and host executive business reviews alongside our Events team, and develop internal case studies that capture the value we deliver for our best accounts.
Test AI tools and approaches, measure what works, and share what you learn, working with MarOps, RevOps, and Sales on the data, tooling, and reporting.
Measure success through account engagement and ABM-influenced pipeline and revenue, and share account and market insights with wider Marketing.
What makes you a great fit
Significant senior B2B marketing experience with a proven track record owning ABM programmes, ideally in software.
Experience running 1:1 customer expansion or cross-sell programmes, with a clear understanding of how enterprise buying groups work and how to map influence, roles, and sponsors within an account.
A strong working relationship with Sales, and the confidence to partner with them across the full buying journey and work with senior stakeholders, including executives in customer organisations.
Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach, with the ability to draw insight from signals and metrics and act on it.
Ability to think strategically and execute across messaging, campaigns, events, and webinars. Strong writing skills, ideally for a technical B2B audience.
