Redgate tools are absolutely wonderful. However, as with anything, sometimes things go wrong. We have planned for this eventuality and have built in logging to our products. In fact, many of the products share a common location for the logs. This video shows how to find the logs during an install, for an application, and for our shared framework. If something were to go wrong, you can use this information with our support team in order to get things fixed.
