Media Manager

We’re building out our capabilities within the Digital Marketing Team, and we’re looking for someone with the passion and drive to lead, develop and execute our organic social and third-party media strategies. 

You’re an experienced marketing professional with in-depth hands-on experience as well as the ability to think strategically and influence others. You’ll work closely with marketing peers to agree channels and collate, repurpose, and test content to engage multiple target personas, as well as acting as an advisor to stakeholders around the business.

The role

You will:

  • Define and drive our organic social media strategy, to include:
  • Developing a strategy that is aligned with the business priorities and campaign objectives.
  • Managing a content calendar for all channels including creating, curating, testing and repurposing content of all formats across relevant channels to engage target personas.
  • Acting as an advocate for social media across the organisation, including understanding, defining, and leading support for social selling.
  • Lead our third-party paid advertising strategy, including:
  • Identifying, evaluating and engaging relevant third party and industry channels for paid media opportunities to help meet business and campaign objectives.
  • Working collaboratively to plan and execute advertising campaigns on industry and social channels.
  • Acting as the key point of contact and maintain relationships with third party media channels.
  • Support creation of paid social campaigns to help meet objectives of international marketing teams.
  • Review and analyse performance, identify trends and optimise spend and performance based on insights.

What makes you Redgate’s Media Manager?

You have:

  • Proven experience of defining and executing an organic social media strategy to engage multiple personas and support campaign and business objectives.
  • Understanding of the content and channels required to engage different personas across the buying cycle, and experience of repurposing content to maximise it across multiple channels.
  • Strong data analytics skills, experience in telling stories with data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence others. You act as a business partner to people around the organisation.

  • A great benefits package.
  • Salary range is £40k-£50k, depending on experience.
  • You’ll work 40 hours a week, with flexible work time.
