As a participant in Red Gate Software Limited’s (“Redgate”) Discounted Ticket Promotion (“Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion”) you (“the attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). If the attendee does not accept this Agreement, do not participate in the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1 By participating in this Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion the attendee agrees that they meet the following eligibility requirements:

1.1.1 attendees must be over the age of 18 for all events, with the exception of US. events where they will need to be over the age of 21; and

1.1.3 employees of Redgate and/or its affiliates and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion.

2. Giveaway Details

2.1 No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to be eligible to enter the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion.

2.2 This Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion will not include travel, accommodation or any other associated expenses, which are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

2.3 The attendee will receive a discount code via email from events@red-gate.com to redeem the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion; this can be redeemed by following the link in the email.

2.4 By accepting the discount code the attendee is accepting the Agreement.

3.0 General

3.1 Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotions are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

3.2 By accepting the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion the attendee confirms this complies with their employer’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy.

3.3 If the attendee has already purchased a ticket, Redgate are unable to offer any kind of refund.

3.4 Redgate reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion, should causes beyond its control, including without limitation technical or natural conditions or acts of God or negligent or criminal acts of third parties, make it impossible or impracticable to carry out the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion as planned.

3.5 To the extent permitted by law, Redgate explicitly makes no representations or warranties whatsoever as to the quality, suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the tickets awarded and Redgate hereby disclaims all liability for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury suffered while participating in the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion.

3.6 As an attendee, and to the extent permitted by law, you hereby release the organizers, promoters, and operators of the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion, including Redgate, its affiliates and their respective employees, from all claims, demands, suits, judgments, cross claims, and setoffs, including any claim in negligence, arising from or incidental to the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion.

3.7 The information Redgate collects through the Redgate Discounted Tickets Promotion will only be used for the purposes described in Redgate’s Privacy Notice.

3.8 This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
