The link ftp://support.red-gate.com/Patches/SQL_Refactor/SQL_Refactor_1_Cumulative_Patch.zip to get the cumulative patch doesn't work. I get a 'The server at support.red-gate.com is taking too long to respond.' from firefox. I've been trying for a couple of days now.
