Patch to Red Gate SQL Compare 8.50.25.28 - 18 January 2011

This build of SQL Compare should address the following issues in SQL Compare 8.50.12.18:
SC-4944 Data Compression is not ignored when Syncing in 8.5
SC-4896 /ScriptFile:"<path\name.sql>" does not appear to generate script file (regression from 8.2)
SC-4903 GRANT WITH stops permission getting scripted.
SC-4924 Command line needs keypress to quit
SC-4867 HTML Reports won't fall back to online versions if local files missing
SC-4857 Partition Functions with datetime that contain milliseconds fail to synchronize
