I can't find an explicit statement of whether SQL Source Control 3 will work with the free version of Team Foundation Suite (Team Express).

Does anyone have any knowledge one way or another?
Thanks

Hi Andy,

Thank you for your inquiry.

We haven't explicitly tested SQL Source Control with this MS Team Express. However, we do not foresee any issues with our tool linking with this particular version of TFS. We would suggest to try it out to see if it works properly.

Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

OK, thanks. In fact it looks as if we couldn't use the Express version anyway because it seems, from the documentation, that it only works with SQL Express and we need to use a full SQL Server back end. So we are going with Vault anyway.
