Hi,
i use this great application to get the data difference, the thing is that sometimes the difference is too large, i have to remove the GO statement manually.
is there a way of configure the tool to not insert the GO's statements?

I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what you mean by needing to remove the GO- can you give some more details as to the problem you're having, with some kind of example?
