| Is there a way to limit the number of inserts in a script generated by SQL Data Compare? FOr example, if there are 50,000 inserts requred to sync, coul five scritps be generated that would have 10,000 inserts each? |

There is an option to break the generated scripts up into transactions and gives you the option to set the batch/transaction size.
Simply navigate to Tools > Application Options and look around half way down under the sub-title "Deployment Scripts".
