if the table contains a computed column which uses a 'hashbytes' function, sql source control will take that as a keyword, and therefore wrap with bracket, like [hashbytes], and cause error.
this is bug since version 1.1 |

Thank you for your post.
The Bug Report reference is SOC-2072. This problem has not yet been fixed, I will try and obtain an update for you as to when a fix will become available.

Quick update for you. This issue regarding the "hashbyte" is now being investigated under bug report SOC-3412. The SQL Source Control Development Team are planning to fix this issue in V3.1 (not in the impeding v3.0 release).

Hi
Just wanted to let you know that a fix for the hashbyte problem was shipped in the latest point release of SQL Source Control - v3.0.5.7.
To get this version, please run Check For Updates… from the Help menu in SQL Source Control.
