The types of roles we have and what we’re looking for in Pasadena are:

Sales Development Representatives: Responsible for engaging warm leads and existing contacts in a set of Enterprise Accounts, with the aim of qualifying and booking meetings for our growing accounts team. You’ll be directly responsible for research, prospecting, and initial discovery calls in line with the team of accounts reps you’ll support. You’ll quickly become a key member of the team responsible for qualification standards and booking meetings for the Accounts reps, as you rapidly develop your sales and prospecting skills to drive new business growth. We’re looking for people who are passionate about sales, have drive in their career, have a Bachelor’s degree or a proven track record in sales, extraordinary communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology.

Account Executives: As a quota-carrying Account Executive working out of our beautiful Old Town Pasadena office, you’ll be responsible for driving new sales within a set of existing Enterprise Accounts. You’ll directly manage all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, business proposals, POC planning, closing, and account care. In many cases, you’ll also need to quarterback a team effort; bringing in help from sales engineering, SDRs, Product Managers, Marketing, and renewals reps to ensure success in a target timeframe. We’re looking for people with 2+ years as an account executive, six-figure deal experience, great communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology.

Step 4. 2nd Interview

The second interview typically lasts two hours. You’ll be talking to different people, you may well meet people you’ll be working with, and we’ll allow time for you to ask questions. We don’t have a dress code at Redgate, by the way, so dress in whatever makes you comfortable.

If we think you’d be great at Redgate, we’ll make an offer and iron out any details like relocation issues. If we don’t think you’ll fit in right away, we’ll tell you why. Some people have taken our advice, boned up their knowledge and come back a year later and got a job. It helps.
