Get your group sponsored

If you're planning a user group meeting and you'd like Red Gate to be involved, we'd love to hear from you.

User group leaders, please submit your request by completing this brief set of questions.

We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.

Red Gate offers sponsorship through various means. In the past, we have assisted community efforts through:

  • Financial assistance for venue hire or meeting refreshments
  • Donation of Red Gate software as door prizes
  • Supplying giveaways for attendees, such as t-shirts or other swag
  • Providing support materials for presentations on Red Gate tools
  • Providing help with sourcing guest speakers for your meeting

In return for our support, we ask that we are given some promotion through your group. This could be by:

  • Having a member of your group do a presentation that features one or more Red Gate tools, maybe with a short product demonstration
  • Mentioning our support in your meeting announcements
  • Carrying our logo as a sponsor on your website and newsletters
  • Providing feedback about the user group meeting or event that we sponsor

These lists are by no means exhaustive, and we have worked with user groups in various ways. We can be pretty flexible, since we know that different groups have different needs and requirements. So please get in touch and we'll see what we can do to help your gathering be a really memorable one.

PLEASE NOTE: We need a minimum of 4 weeks' notice for any swag requests due to the time involved with processing your request and posting the merchandise.
