Red Gate triumphs in Best Companies awards

Red Gate entered The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work for awards for the second time this year and we were delighted to make it into the Top 100 again. For two years in a row we are the best small company in Cambridge. Over 850 companies entered the competition and over 180,000 employees were surveyed.

This is a huge achievement that reflects how Red Gate employees feel about working here. In addition, Red Gate achieved an esteemed 3 star accreditation from Best Companies. This is based on an absolute grading system and only 48 companies in the UK qualified for the top grade. The awards are based on the feedback from a 70 question survey, which measures employee engagement across a range of factors. Company benefits and working environment are also assessed but the results are heavily weighted towards employee satisfaction. The "Feel Good" team will be working overtime to make sure we do as well again next year.
