Installation
Step 1: Run PL/SQL Developer
To use the Deployment Suite for Oracle plug-in for PL/SQL Developer you must have PL/SQL Developer installed. If you do not currently use PL/SQL Developer, please visit the PL/SQL Developer website to download it. If you would like to use the Deployment Suite for Oracle outside of PL/SQL Developer, please visit the Deployment Suite for Oracle section.
Step 2: Install plug-in
The plug-in integrates the Deployment Suite for Oracle tools (Schema Compare, Data Compare and Schema Doc) with PL/SQL Developer.
Requirements: PL/SQL Developer 7.0 (9.0.1 recommended) and Red Gate Deployment Suite for Oracle.
Step 3: Download Deployment Suite
You need to download and install the Deployment Suite for Oracle if you do not already have it installed.
