The SQL Toolkit requires programming skills, if using the APIs, and is designed for use in Visual Studio .NET or a similar IDE designed for .NET development. Alternatively, you could use the command-line utilities or, if you wish to manage database changes without writing any code, SQL Compare, SQL Data Compare, and SQL Packager might be more suitable for your needs.
