Step 4: The Line Viewer
It is not unusual to need to run SQL Compare at less than full screen size. When you are working with a script with many long lines of SQL, and you are comparing the differences side-by-side, it can be awkward to have to use the scrollbar to find the exact point of difference. For this reason, we have introduced the Line Viewer function. This, in effect, enables an "over-and-under" comparison frame, line by line, making it much easier to detect the differences in long lines of code.
