Step 1: Editing a previous project

In the Comparison Projects screen, you can choose either to edit a previous project or to launch a new one. If you are a regular user of SQL Compare, and have a lot of previous projects listed, you can navigate rapidly to the project you're looking for, by using the incremental search box, as shown with the red arrow in the screenshot above.

The incremental search field automatically narrows the field of candidate projects, as shown above, and enables you to instantly find the project you need.
