Red Gate has a 'Feel Good Fund', which we use to pay for a wide range of social events and other perks to keep us feeling good. The aim is to create a great working environment and encourage employees from different departments to mix socially from time to time. We also take regular breaks from work for a glass of champagne to celebrate product launches and winning awards.

These are just some of the things provided or subsidised by the Feel Good Fund, plus a few other things that help us feel good:

The SQL Servery, our free onsite canteen dishing up hot breakfasts and hot lunches every day, including vegetarian options, a deli bar and plenty of pudding.
'Feel Good Fridges' stocked with smoothies, juice, fruit and yoghurts
