Directions
Our offices are located in the Jeffreys Building at the St John's Innovation Centre site. If you arrive by car, please use the visitors' car park at the front of the building.
Our building does not have a receptionist, so please use the buzzer system to the side of the main door (locked) to alert us to your arrival.
From the south via the M11:
Exit the M11 at junction 14 and follow the signs towards A14 Ely and Newmarket (not A14 Huntingdon). Once on the A14, take the exit signposted A10 Ely. At the roundabout, turn right towards Cambridge taking the City lane. Directly after the roundabout get into the left-hand filter lane (Cowley Road Park & Ride). At the lights the lane bears left. Almost immediately after the lights, take the first left into Cowley Road. The Jeffreys Building is the first building on the left.
From the northwest via the A14 or from the west via the A428:
Follow the signs towards A14 Newmarket and from the A14 take the exit signposted A10 Ely. At the roundabout, turn right towards Cambridge taking the City lane. Directly after the roundabout get into the left-hand filter lane (Cowley Road Park & Ride). At the lights the lane bears left. Almost immediately after the lights, take the first left into Cowley Road. The Jeffreys Building is the first building on the left.
From the east via the A14:
Take the exit signposted A10 Ely. At the roundabout, turn left towards Cambridge taking the City lane. Directly after the roundabout get into the left-hand filter lane (Cowley Road Park & Ride). At the lights the lane bears left. Almost immediately after the lights, take the first left into Cowley Road. The Jeffreys Building is the first building on the left.
From the north via the A10:
Follow the A10 until the junction with the A14. Go across the roundabout towards Cambridge taking the City lane. Directly after the roundabout get into the left-hand filter lane (Cowley Road Park & Ride). At the lights the lane bears left. Almost immediately after the lights, take the first left into Cowley Road. The Jeffreys Building is the first building on the left.
From within Cambridge:
Follow the signs towards Milton via the A1309. Immediately after crossing the disused railway line get into the right-hand lane. At the traffic lights (where the entrance to Cambridge Science Park is on your left) go straight ahead, then move into the right-hand filter lane and turn right into Cowley Road. Almost immediately, take the first left and the Jeffreys Building is the first building on the left.
By train:
Cambridge railway station has regular connections from London King's Cross, Liverpool Street, Stansted Airport, Peterborough, King's Lynn and Norwich. From the railway station, a taxi ride to St John's Innovation Centre takes approximately 15-20 minutes although it can take longer during the rush hour.
By Bus:
Cowley Road Park and Ride site is about a five-minute walk from Red Gate's offices. Buses run every ten minutes from the town centre and the railway station. From the Park & Ride site turn right out of the site and walk straight along the foot (& cycle) path. Walk past the junction where traffic bears left out onto the main road and continue for about 500 metres. The Jeffreys Building is the first building on the left after the junction.
