Disgusting service and refuse to make any order changes over Xmas despite your website clearly saying you can make changes: I called to make a change and you refused to make any change.
Picked up my order from store today to get home and find the order is wrong. Needed the items for tomorrow and unable to get to the store all week.
The source of your products now reads like an A to Z of despotic regimes, with China at the top of the list.
Phoned up to enquirer about an item being given as a Christmas present only to be given the wrong information.
Despite trying all sorts of things, I cannnot get the product to work properly.
I've had all sorts of experts look at your product but nobody could get it to work.
Although it looks good in the photos on the site, it looks cheap and poorly made.
Lied to when phoned on numerous occasions, no managers in office, ah yes manager had said when you phoned yesterday to say nothing they could do.
Item arrived without a receipt and told they didnt know what a gift receipt was, told I could send item back at my expense or travel the 2 hours to my nearest store.
although the product came on time, we couldn't get it to work properly.
My order has been rescheduled for 3 days (probably will be more) and you wont give you the opportunity to redirect the order to a post office.
Waited 10 days for the item and you get refund in the end.
Whats the point of picking a day for the item to be delivered if its going to be delivered on a different day?!!!
Ordered a dress in September for a holiday. Inexplicably took 11 days to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong dress. A completely different dress to the one I ordered.
If you are ordering something you actually want or need to arrive on time then go and buy it from somewhere else.
The customer service man said that they had so many complaints about missing deliveries they could hardly cope with the fallout.
Placed an order two weeks ago, all items in stock, selected nominated delivery date of today (4 Dec) between 8am and 6pm, email confirmed I would receive them all today. Two items arrived, left in safe place. When I rang just after 6pm told me it would be tomorrow, but would need to be signed for ??? and couldn't leave in a safe place then said I would get them by 8pm tonight. Obviously haven't arrived, won't be in tomorrow or the next few days.

I am a nurse whos mainly working night shifts so I ordered from you for home delivery expecting to get what I added to my basket. I got sent the wrong items and the few things that I actually did order were damaged. I sent an email to customer services and havent had a reply. 
I ordered my husband a very expensive aftershave three weeks ago, ment to be next day delivery .A week ago still hadn't arrived so I phoned customer services who said it was probably LOST IN TRANSIT so ordered me another one . I waited and waited and it didn't arrive so I phoned and asked for a refund and to cancel the order which you said You would do . I've heard nothing since.
I bought an item in the morning, paid for next day delivery and it was never delivered to me! Do not charge for next day delivery if you can't keep to it. I know you're trying to make money but its desperate and maybe if you gave a better service you wouldn't be in the position.
Order 3 items on 3 for 2 to be delivered to my local store. Received an email to say only 2 of my items were delivered and there was a delay on my item but no reason why. When I checked my account online, it said my item was dispatched to store.
