  5. Carry out an audit and risk assessment <\/li>\n
  6. Identify priorities and targets in line with key policies <\/li>\n
  7. Collate Baseline Data <\/li>\n
  8. Complete and submit an action plan, itemising key objectives <\/li>\n
  9. obtain mangement signoff for action plan <\/li>\n
  10. meet with management team as appropriate <\/li>\n
  11. Attend network meetings <\/li>\n
  12. Review and evaluate <\/li>\n
  13. Return monitoring forms to your supervisor <\/li>\n
  14. Return updated action plan as appropriate <\/li>\n
  15. Prepare for doing something <\/li>\n
  16. Do something <\/li>\n
  17. Compare new data with baseline <\/li>\n
  18. Final report to management teams for signoff <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
