SSMS failed to load SQL Prompt add-in 80070002

When Launching the SQL Server Management Studio after installing SQL Prompt, the following error message may appear:

SSMS failed to load SQL Prompt add-in 80070002

Open a command prompt, change the directory to the SQL Prompt installation folder. Run
%SYSTEMROOT%\Microsoft.net\Framework\v2.0.50727\regasm "%ProgramFiles%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 3\RedGate.SQLPrompt.SSMSUI.dll" (for Version 3)
%SYSTEMROOT%\Microsoft.net\Framework\v2.0.50727\regasm "%ProgramFiles%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 4\RedGate.SQLPrompt.SSMSUI.dll" (for Version 4)

This will register SQL Prompt as a Management Studio add-in. If this is successful, you will want to run SqlWb.exe /setup to re-initialize Management Studio's interface. for SSMS 2005 and SSMS.exe /setup for SSMS 2008.

If the first command returns 'could not find file Extensibility.dll', then Extensibility.dll does not exist in the GAC.

Download and install the extensibility package from our FTP site:
ftp://ftp.red-gate.com/development/sqlprompt/extensibilitymsm.msi
Then rerun the commands as above.

If the problem persists, it may be necessary to reinstall SQL Prompt by opening Add/Remove Programs from the Windows Control Panel, then selecting SQL Prompt, Support Information, and then Repair.
