Since SQL Multi Script stores server lists in the local user's Windows profile, there is no way to share or export database lists to other computers or other users on the same computer.
Since this has been identified as a popular requirement, a tool has been developed for migrating database lists between SQL Multi Script users. This tool is available at no cost from the Red Gate Labs Wiki:

This tool can be used to export, merge, and distribute database lists to Multi Script users by updating their own personal Multi Script settings with the new database list(s).
