Learning SQL Backup - 5.4
Creating backups
SQL Backup provides a wizard to guide you through the process of creating a backup. To start the Back Up wizard, click 
Back Up.
The Back Up wizard comprises the following steps:
Select the SQL Server, and optionally choose a previously-saved template. |
|
Select the type of backup, and the database that you want to back up. |
|
Specify the backup file location, set options for existing backup files, and any actions required on completion. |
|
Specify compression and encryption options, and set optimization options if required. |
|
Review the backup summary, and start the backup process. |
