Step 3: Choosing objects to include in comparison

Project Configuration screen - Tables & Views

Clicking on the Tables & Views tab lets you select in finer detail which objects in the database you want to compare. You can select/deselect individually or using the 'All' or 'None' buttons. In this screen you can also set a custom index key or none by clicking on an object in the Comparison Key column. You may also want to filter the database objects to a finer degree before comparing them. (WHERE clauses and custom comparison keys are not available options when comparing with a backup.)
