Step 8: Launch synchronization wizard

Synchronization screen - Step 1

Once you are clear that you have identified those rows that you need to synchronize then you can click either on individual checkboxes or via the Actions button on the object group bar to include or exclude objects for synchronizing.

On launching the synchronization wizard the first screen asks you to confirm the direction of the synchronization. Double clicking the arrow reverses the direction.
