Walk-through 1: Using SQL Data Compare
This walk-through will show you how to:
- Set up a comparison
- Understand the comparison results
- Include a backup prior to synchronization
- Confirm synchronization

Step 11: Confirm synchronization
The final screen of the Synchronization wizard offers you the choice between launching the creation SQL into your preferred SQL editor, or simply going ahead and executing the script now.
After clicking Finish you will be asked one final time whether you're happy to synchronize now.
And it’s as simple as that. For comparing and synchronizing changes to SQL Server database schemas, try out its companion tool, SQL Compare.
