Step 2: Exporting a data source (2)

Export a data source

Select your source database at the top, and click on Scripts folder as the Output format.

Then click Export. The database will be saved in a folder of script files in your specified location.

Customize structure of scripts folder

You can customize the precise structure of the scripts folder to suit your needs, by selecting the Application Options dialog in the main comparison results screen of SQL Compare.
