Step 4: Use the color-coded key
A color-coded key in the timeline allows us to view activities at a glance. Green blocks indicate backups; blue blocks represent restore operations; red blocks alert us to conflicting activities or failures. If activities are closely timed, they are shown as a grey block on the timeline. Zooming in to the grey blocks expands the group of activities so we can check their status and properties in closer detail.
