Paperboy – I used to do two rounds before going to school and another two after school.

Sales and sales management for DSG.
What does your job involve on a day-to-day basis?
Problem solving, organisation, talking to other staff and the odd meeting.

The diversity of the teams I manage and their ability to do great things.

What's your most memorable Red Gate experience so far?
Coming 8th in our first entry into the Best Companies awards and being there to carry the granite award across London in the early hours.

Love the stuff. I'm just getting my nose into a bottle of Marmite 'XO' at the moment.
