Free Red Gate tool automatically imports SmartAssembly error reports into JIRA
Cambridge, UK, April 13, 2011 – Red Gate has released a free tool for developers and testers that automatically imports SmartAssembly error reports into Atlassian's JIRA, removing the frustration of doing it by hand.
The new tool, called SmartAssembly Sync for JIRA, delivers the following benefits:
- Automatically syncs reports between SmartAssembly and JIRA every few minutes either as a new bug or a comment on an existing bug.
- Enables users to filter issues according to recurrence within JIRA and determine priorities for addressing them.
- Allows users to tap into JIRA's search functionality.
- Provides access to the original SmartAssembly report through a hyperlink within JIRA.
