Alert issue after install latest version of alert repository

Hi,

Yesterday we installed 1.3 version of alert repository, then when we tried to bring up the alert detail from alert email we received, we got this error page spcify

sql response cannot retreive the details for this alert.
This can happen if SQL Response encountered a problem and stopped while it was creating the alert file, the alert file has been deleted, or is inaccessible for some other reason.

So we couldn't view the alert detail now. Pls help thanks

Please check the status of the connection to the SQL Server as per the following article:

Please also send across the Alert repository log file by clicking on the SQL Response icon in the dialog and selecting "Copy Alert Repository Log File".
