Sometimes when using SQL Refactor's Smart Rename functionality, the Smart Rename window may disappear for no apparent reason.

The cause of this problem is that errors are occurring and being handled silently by the application, but the errors are severe enough to warrant closing down the smart rename operation.

To correct this fault, please download the following update to SQL Refactor 1:

ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQL_Refactor/SQL%20Refactor_1.4.0.4.zip

Kindly let us know if this fixes the issue.
