Good day.
I use trial version 'sql response' for monitoring sql servers.
With one of servers there was a following problem:
On it often arise deadlocks which do not get in sql response though other alerts get to it (I see deadlocks for this server in sql server log). How to customise sql response, or this sql server that deadlock it was possible to see in sql response (deadlock from other servers get in sql response)?
SQL Version:
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.4035.00 (Intel X86) Nov 24 2008 13:01:59 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Enterprise Edition on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2)
PS. Sorry for my english |

Hi abv,
Thank you for your post. Could you please tell me what language the SQL Server is? Also, is it that SQL Response is not displaying deadlock alerts or that e-mails are not being sent when one occurs?

On a server from which are not transferred deadlocks, russian version SQL Server installed, on other servers - english.
I think that a problem most likely in Russian, all other settings are similar.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in response, we have been doing some testing in this area. I have sent you a private message to discuss this further.
