Oh...
It should work with August CTP apologies that it doesn't work with November CTP.
We are looking into this issues and will update this forum as soon as I have any news on this.

We have fixed this issue and have updated the patch which should work with Nov CTP.

| Also running SSMS 2008 R2 Nov CTP. Had same problem and happy to say the patch just fixed it for me. |

This patch (SQL Refactor 1.5) solved the same problem for me and seems to be working fine with 2008R2, Windows 7 professional, 32 bit.
