Generates: SELECT TableName.[*].... out of SELECT *....
The [*] is a syntax error. Should be just '*' |

Could you kindly let us know the steps to replicate this issue and also using which functionality of SQL Refactor generates this error?

I too have this problem
It only happens when you do a join to another table
e.g.
| Code: |
Select * from member
|
is Ok but
| Code: |
SELECT
m.*
FROM
Member m
inner JOIN Party p
ON m.PartyID = p.PartyID
|
becomes (when you qualify it)
| Code: |
SELECT
m.[*]
FROM
dbo.Member m
inner JOIN dbo.Party p
ON m.PartyID = p.PartyID
|
