| Is there a way to have Refactor add a default comment block at the top of a stored procedure if one doesn't already exist? It would be a great option to have to help put a standard comment block format for people to fill in with the required information. |

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, SQL Refactor does not currently support this functionality. However, it is a good idea and so I've added it as a feature request which the developers will consider implementing in a future version.
