New DLL to add - WLANAPI

Please add WLANAPI dll as another module in the pinvoke.net list. I wish
to contribute my pinvoke signatures for this unmanaged DLL. There is not
any equivalent functions in the .NET framework yet for these, so it would
be very helpful to others if I could add the signatures I have created.

I have added the wlanapi section to PInvoke. To begin contributing to the module, click the link at the top of the PInvoke home page and click again in click below to jump to a page or create a new one and enter wlanapi.FunctionName where FunctionName is the API function that you want to document.
