I copied my project files to another machine into a different directory structure. I opened the project file, and clicked Edit project, it got an Unhandled Exception error because I had a pre-script from the original directory structure.

It would be nice to have the option to not save the whole directory structure, and just look in the same directory as where the project files are.

Thank you for reporting this. This is a known issue we found in 1.1, it should be fixed in a future version.
