Firstly Excellent Tool - nothing else like it as far as I can tell.

However:
Changing the generation method for a Foreign Key to anything other than "All key vales unique" is lost when the project is saved and re-opened. With the number of foreign keys in our project this is a real problem.

Hi Graham,

Thanks for post. This is a known issue, we do have a temporary fix for this, if people would like this then please contact me directly and I will be able to send it to you.

The fix will be in 1.1.
