GetInterfaceInfo and IpReleaseAddress

I readied some code regarding the two functions described in the topic title, however I don't know how to publish it nor I want to investigate on how to do this, so I provide here a link for you to reach the sourcecode.

I hope someone will add it (the code itself, not the link) to PInvoke.net, since I think it's somewhat useful in some cases.

The code is designed to work on Windows Mobile devices. I don't know if it works also on Windows XP.
